Asamobadel Caspian (AMKA) Company

Asamobadel Caspian (AMKA) Co., Ltd. commenced its operations in a small 600 square meter workshop in the Caspian Industrial Town, Qazvin Province, Iran ,in 2017.
Initially, with a team of five, the company focused on designing and manufacturing various shell and tube heat exchangers specifically for HVAC systems. Leveraging its 15-year technical and engineering background in HVAC design and engineering, and its deep understanding of the market, the company quickly gained the trust of industrial and commercial chiller manufacturers and became a major supplier of heat exchangers to renowned companies in Iran’s HVAC industry.

In 2018, the company obtained certification from the Iranian Association of HVAC Manufacturers and became a member.

In 2019, the company expanded its product range to include other components and sub-assemblies for HVAC systems, such as liquid line receivers, filter-drier shells, liquid line gas distributors, and various cast iron and aluminum pulleys .

In 2020, the company added U-type heat exchangers, incorporating the latest global technology, to its product line. In the same year, it participated in the SODEX exhibition in Istanbul, Turkey, and became the first exporter of shell and tube heat exchangers, successfully exporting 100 evaporator units with R407C gas and 1,000 filter-drier shells in various sizes to Turkey.
To accommodate increasing production volume and product diversity, and to meet the need for expanded production space and industrial machinery, the company purchased a 2,000 square meter land plot in 2020 and constructed a 1,500 square meter production facility.

In 2021, while designing and manufacturing residential and apartment heat exchangers with capacities below 100 kW and using 7 and 9.5 mm grooved tubes, the company participated in the HVAC and Refrigeration Systems exhibition in Milan, Italy. Since 2017, the company has actively participated in all international HVAC exhibitions in Iran.
Currently, Asamobadel Caspian is a trusted supplier to HVAC manufacturers in Iran, with a significant portion of its products installed in industrial chillers in South Pars and the oil, gas, petrochemical, and power generation sectors. Today, with 22 persons, the company has a production capacity of 600 shell and tube heat exchangers annually.

Evaporator  Heat exchanger: 
In the production of our evaporator HEX , we use the latest technology and the best raw materials to ensure maximum efficiency. These coils are designed for use with various refrigerants, including R22, R134a, R410a, R407c, and R32, and are available in both Fixed Head and Removable Bundle types.
Product Variety by Tube Size:
5/8 ” tubes :
Plain and Turbulator Tubes: These hex use a five-petal aluminum star and twisted tapes to optimize the heat exchange surface. They are produced with thicknesses of 0.7, 0.75, and 0.81 mm, with capacities ranging from 10 to 500 tons (actual)
Micro Grooved Tubes: These models offer exceptional efficiency with thicknesses of 0.55 and 0.63 mm, suitable for capacities from 10 to 500 tons (actual)
 
3/8 ” tubes :
With micro grooved tubes and thicknesses of 0.34, 0.38, and 0.45 mm, these coils are manufactured in both Fixed Head and U-type (removable bundle) configurations, covering wide range of capacities from 2 to 1000 tons (actual)
 
7 mm tubes: 
These advanced coils, with a thickness of 0.27 mm, are designed as U-type (removable bundle) and are compatible with R22, R410a, R407c, and R32 refrigerants. They can handle very high capacities, from 2 to 1500 tons (actual) 
Additionally, the Fixed Head models of these coils are compatible with R134a and offer capacities from 30 to 1500 tons (actual)
 
Condensers and Industrial Heat Exchangers: 
In addition to evaporators, we specialize in producing condensers and a variety of industrial heat exchangers.
 
Condenser Coils for Corrosive Fluids:
Designed for resistance to saltwater, seawater, and other corrosive fluids, these coils feature Radial Fin tubes. They are manufactured with thicknesses of 1.14, 1.24, and 1.43 mm, and are available in both Fixed Head and Floating Head types.
 
Heat Exchangers for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries:
We produce specialized heat exchangers for crude oil, refineries, and petrochemical plants using 1-inch steel tubes with materials such as A105, A516, A106, SS316l, and SS304
 
Oil Coolers:
 These heat exchangers are designed for a wide range of industrial applications, including plastic injection molding machines, extrusion machines, and wire drawing machines, to ensure optimal performance and long equipment life.
